Asian Double Eyelid Craze
Double eyelid surgery seem to be increasingly popular within the Asian American community. I'm not against this, but there are others who are. However, I admit that back then I was against Asian double eyelid surgery on the basis that it erases one's identity. Now that my mind is more opened, I no longer feel the need to criticize these Asians who have had their eyes altered.Plastic surgery is meant to enhance one's beauty and if these people want to look better then it's none of our business to get on their case. Nowadays,there are a handful of Caucasians getting plastic surgery. The question is, why aren't they getting criticized for wanting to look better? Why is it that the society only target the Asians who went under the knife?

I don't think surgery is necessary in order to be beautiful. I mean even if u r ugly as long as u feel pretty it doesn't matter if others don't think u r. Some Asian girls look pretty even with their "Asian eyes". I guess I don't understand why people go under the knife? I would never do that!
